Appleseed Community Mental Health Center walks with families and individuals on their journey to live healthy, whole, and productive lives by offering comprehensive and integrated behavioral health, housing, outreach and prevention, substance use disorder, and victim services.

The Ashland Christian Health Center exists to holistically care for and elevate the dignity of Ashland Area residents who are uninsured or under-insured in a Christ-centered atmosphere.

Ashland Church Community Emergency Shelter Services, (ACCESS) provides a 90-day program of free housing, meals, transportation, and mentoring to help women and families who have fallen on hard times get back on their feet. To stay in the program, guests must work daily to improve their job status and look for stable housing.

The Ashland County Council on Aging is a private, non-profit organization providing vital services to the 60+ population of Ashland County to keep them safe, healthy, active, involved, and independent.

The Ashland County Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, also known as ACCADA, provides outpatient treatment for alcohol and drug use to individuals in Ashland County. They also provide resources and education to the community, and counseling/ support for mental health. 

Associated Charities of Ashland County provides the peace of mind necessary to help when someone finds themselves in an emergency situation. With the help of donations from the community, Associated Charities is able to offer temporary, short term assistance for utilities, shelter, clothing, hygiene, and food.

The Children’s Advocacy Center is a child-oriented facility which serves as a centralized location for interviewing and examining children who are victims of sexual abuse and severe physical abuse.
